About the role#
This summer internship offers a structured start to your career within the Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Operations team. You will support various functions, such as Fund Administration, Alternative Investment, Retail & Wealth, or Investment Operations. The program includes professional development events, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help you build your skills.
What you'll do#
- Complete daily tasks within your assigned team to support business operations.
- Help solve business challenges and escalate issues when they arise.
- Build your financial literacy by asking questions and talking with leaders across your department.
- Develop and deliver a project presentation related to the industry for senior management and peers.
- Use project management methodologies to deliver on assigned special projects.
- Work with business owners to recommend and implement process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong digital literacy and comfort using data analysis or business process tools.
- Highly developed planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
- A proactive approach with an interest in business process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
