About the role#
This HR Co-op position is for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within key HR functions to build skills and gain knowledge of our business. You will be assigned to a specific area and work alongside experienced team members. We offer mentorship from senior HR leaders and provide opportunities to interact with cross-functional, diverse teams. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with talent solutions, learning initiatives, recruitment, and HR programs.
- Collaborate with an Intern Cohort on a project that impacts the business.
- Research and design engagement approaches for remote workers.
- Participate in mentored development programs.
- Work with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence others using data.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience planning, organizing, and implementing process improvements or projects.
