About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. You will work alongside our HR professionals to support business strategies and daily HR activities.
What you'll do#
- Observe strategic HR discussions and assist with employee relations documentation.
- Support change initiatives and learn from experienced HR professionals.
- Manage recruiting tasks such as job postings, interview coordination, candidate sourcing, and outreach.
- Shadow recruiters during interviews and debrief sessions.
- Assist with performance management and talent program initiatives.
- Organize training sessions and materials, manage LMS content, and analyze training effectiveness.
- Contribute to compensation analysis, benefits communications, and wellness initiatives.
- Shadow team members during vendor meetings and audits.
- Maintain HRIS data, support compliance tracking, and help improve HR processes.
- Assist with creating reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Rising Junior status at the start of the internship is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated attitude and a strong work ethic.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in West Bend, Wisconsin.
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule.
