About the role#
University Book Store is hiring Marketing Interns to support our team through the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. You will report to the Marketing Manager and assist with daily operations across our retail locations and digital channels. This is a paid, part-time position requiring approximately 24 hours per week. We will work with you to build a schedule that fits your academic commitments.
What you'll do#
- Create and support marketing content for print and digital channels, including in-store signage, advertising, email, website updates, and social media.
- Write, proofread, and edit content to ensure accuracy and a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with merchandise buyers and store teams to market specific products and events.
- Execute marketing tasks hands-on, such as printing, mounting, and installing signage.
- Contribute ideas for social media content, including graphics, photography, and copy.
What you'll need#
- Coursework or academic focus in graphic design, visual communication, photography, marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Demonstrated creative, marketing, or communications ability through a portfolio or work samples.
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple assignments, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- The internship runs through the end of January 2027.
