About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to consultative selling and the management of working capital solutions. You will work with the Treasury Management team to support client operations and gain exposure to the firm's leadership. The program includes formal and experiential learning opportunities over the course of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Create client deliverables and proposals.
- Conduct research on clients and specific industries.
- Perform analysis on payment trends.
- Shadow Sales Officers during their daily work.
- Participate in various strategic projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 is required.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.

This is a full-time, paid internship. The work modality is on-site or hybrid, depending on manager discretion and location requirements.
