About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers hands-on experience within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization. Interns gain exposure to retail banking operations, including deposit, lending, and investment management services. The program focuses on developing sales and relationship management skills while providing a foundation for future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Assist with banking activities such as researching prospects, creating calling lists, and scheduling client appointments.
- Attend and lead client meetings to identify needs and move relationships forward.
- Help build the client base through proactive outbound sales conversations with organizations and their employees.
- Participate in special projects aligned with business strategic priorities.
- Engage in social learning, networking, mentoring, and job shadowing with business representatives.
- Develop professional skills through formal training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Preference for majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and access to reliable transportation for local assignments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
