About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization offers hands-on experience in retail banking. Interns gain exposure to sales, relationship management, and the core functions of the retail bank. The program focuses on developing the next generation of leaders through formal learning, mentoring, job shadowing, and networking with business representatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with banking activities, including researching prospects and creating targeted calling lists.
- Schedule, attend, and lead client or prospect appointments.
- Help build the client base through proactive, outbound sales conversations with organizations and their employees.
- Create presentations and proposals to move client relationships forward.
- Participate in special projects related to business strategic priorities.
- Engage in social and formal learning opportunities to build professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and access to reliable transportation for local assignments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
- Locations include Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; San Francisco, CA; Tampa, FL; San Diego, CA; Little Falls, NJ; Houston, TX; Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Troy, MI; and Tysons Corner, VA.
