About the role#
This is a 10-week internship program within the Finance & Realty Services organization. You will work with finance professionals across various levels to gain real-world experience. The program serves as a primary pipeline for the full-time Corporate Finance & Accounting Development Program. You will be assigned to a specific team, such as Line of Business Support, Shared Services, or the Corporate Controller’s Office.
What you'll do#
- Perform accounting tasks including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Conduct internal and external reporting.
- Execute variance and profitability analyses.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform internal control assessments and data analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college program.
- Pursuing a BA/BS or advanced degree with an expected graduation date between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026.
- Preferred major in Finance or Accounting.
- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Valid US work authorization.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- Work is primarily on-site, with some flexibility for remote tasks at a manager's discretion.
