About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will join the Realty Services organization to gain real-world experience and exposure to a specific line of business. This role is designed to complement your academic studies by allowing you to apply your knowledge to drive business results.
What you'll do#
- Support core group activities, including deal execution, sales, or internal processes.
- Interact with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives.
- Build your professional network by connecting with business representatives and peers.
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach activities.
- Engage in social learning opportunities within the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Academic focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and take initiative.
- Commitment to self-directed growth and professional development.
