About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer of 2026. You will join the Financial Wellness Solutions team to gain hands-on experience in retail banking, sales, and relationship management. This role is full-time and requires you to work on-site. You will have the opportunity to work on business projects, participate in professional development, and shadow experienced team members to build your foundation in the industry.
What you'll do#
- Research potential clients and organizations.
- Build and call on targeted outreach lists.
- Schedule, attend, and lead client or prospect appointments.
- Develop presentations and proposals for business needs.
- Contribute to special projects aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Engage in social learning, including networking, mentoring, and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Human Resources.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and access to reliable transportation for local assignments.
- Professionalism, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
