About the role#
Cintas is looking for an intern to join our team in Knoxville. This program provides broad knowledge across our business operations and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments, helping you build skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management through a mix of hands-on training and departmental work.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a program designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business.
- Work with and learn from multiple departments.
- Build your professional skills through daily tasks and training.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- The ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred, but not required: previous internship or co-op experience in customer service, sales, production, or administration, as well as leadership roles in campus or extracurricular activities.

- Location: Knoxville, Tennessee.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- The position operates on a rolling term.
