About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a student for a 4 or 8-month Co-op or Intern position within the US Corporate Tax team. This role is based in our Oakville office and begins in January 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting tax compliance projects and working directly with our client service teams.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients using technical knowledge from your course work.
- Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Build positive working relationships with clients and respond to their requests and suggestions.
- Communicate with team members regularly to provide progress updates and discuss any issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding client service.

- Compensation: $54,000 - $64,000.
