About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate taxation. You will gain exposure to global tax operations while supporting compliance, financial analysis, and key reporting processes. You will work on tax provisions, state and international filings, transfer pricing, and account reconciliations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare consolidated corporate tax adjustments for quarterly provisions.
- Draft state income and franchise tax returns and estimated tax payments.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of global transfer pricing.
- Support month-end tax account analysis and reconciliations.
- Help prepare US international tax returns and disclosures.
- Participate in required intern events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program or higher in Accounting or a related field.
- Academic knowledge of tax and accounting principles.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with computer technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools for research, summarization, and content generation.
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance while maintaining responsible use.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027 - August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (2 days per week in office).
- Status: Full-time and paid.
