About the role#
The Enterprise Resiliency Intern supports business continuity and resilience initiatives by maintaining policies, standards, and procedures related to technology recovery, business continuity, and third-party resilience. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify needs, support compliance, and contribute to projects that strengthen organizational preparedness. This position provides exposure to risk management and operational resilience in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies, standards, and procedures.
- Track and document audit findings and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with departments to support their resilience needs.
- Contribute to the development of basic resilience requirements.
- Support documentation and reporting of policy discrepancies and change requests.
- Participate in initiatives that promote awareness and adherence to resilience practices.
- Help communicate the importance of resilience as a business priority.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic resilience-related questions.
- Translate business needs into actionable tasks and projects.
- Work with project teams to include resilience considerations in planning and resource management.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least one semester remaining upon the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders.
- Analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Experience in a normal office environment.

- Location: Irving, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (2 days a week in office).
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
