About the role#
This full-time internship offers the opportunity to support various HR projects and gain exposure to industry initiatives. You will shadow and support functional areas including Talent Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR Operations to understand how they contribute to HR strategy.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and improvement of information and processes.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Partner with other HR and GMF teams on special assignments and events.
- Give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
- Support various HR projects and daily tasks.
- Integrate AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, into workflows for research, summarization, and content generation.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias while maintaining responsible AI use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior classification preferred, with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are considered a plus.

- Location: Fort Worth, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26 to August 6).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days a week in office).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
