About the role#
This full-time internship offers an 11-week experience during the summer of 2027. You will work on projects focused on innovation and solving business problems. The program includes networking, project experience, and career development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
- Analyze operational data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and suggest enhancements.
- Attend project meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor degree (rising senior) or higher in General Business, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
- At least one semester of school remaining upon the start of the internship.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills for presenting to business leaders.
- Ability to work independently or within a team and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, SAS, or R is a plus.
- Certification or previous internship experience with Automation Anywhere v11 is preferred.
