About the role#
The Grow@BASF internship program offers undergraduate students a chance to apply classroom learning to real-world assignments. As a Functional Human Resources intern, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals to support business and people priorities. This is a 12-week summer program that provides exposure to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and workforce analytics. You will receive mentorship and professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with business and workforce priorities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Assist with employee programs, communications, presentations, and HR resources.
- Support talent, learning, engagement, or employee experience initiatives.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations to support HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications to develop project materials and business deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- You are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site.
- Assignments may be located in various locations throughout the United States, including the North Carolina area. Mobility is required for this program.
- Sponsorship is not provided for this position.
