About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program is a 12-week summer program for undergraduate students. You will work alongside experienced team members and mentors within the Agricultural Solutions division. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and technical services. You will gain exposure to the agricultural industry while developing your professional and technical skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with field agronomic, sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Support localized projects involving seed treatments, fungicides, herbicides, and other crop solutions.
- Assist with field trials and grower projects, including data collection and analysis.
- Troubleshoot results, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Help with customer tours, field days, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build relationships with growers, customers, and BASF professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Ability to work full-time in the United States.
- Interest in agriculture and related fields.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site and field-based, with assignments located at various research farms or field locations throughout the United States.
