About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship offers hands-on experience in business management. You will work alongside professionals at all levels, gaining insight into the field while participating in training and team activities. The role is full-time and provides exposure to the same tasks as our account managers.
What you'll do#
- Process and record accounts payable, cash receipts, and cash disbursements.
- Set up new vendors within our accounting software.
- Enter payroll information.
- Perform bank account reconciliations.
- Record journal entries as directed by your manager.
- Handle credit card coding, budgeting, and reforecasting tasks.
- Manage filing, scanning, and vendor correspondence regarding invoices and open items.
- Complete special projects such as insurance, vehicle, or home purchase reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- This is a paid, on-site internship.
- Positions are available in New York City, New York, and Century City, California.
