About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the insurance industry. You will work with the consolidations and investments department to learn how our finance systems and processes function. The program is designed to help you develop professional skills while working alongside experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly and quarterly tasks for the consolidations and investments department.
- Gain exposure to finance and investment accounting activities.
- Provide research and information to support the team.
- Perform tasks to build your understanding of consolidation and investment accounting.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related program.
- Graduation dates must fall between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: White Plains, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days from home).
- Compensation: $26 per hour.
- This is a full-time, paid position. No relocation or housing assistance is provided.
