About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the insurance industry. You will work alongside team members to develop professional skills and gain expertise in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. This is a full-time, paid summer role.
What you'll do#
- Support the Volunteer-Time-Off and Matching Gift programs through research, event management, and employee support.
- Assist the Arch Group Foundation with grant-making initiatives and research.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on sustainability and community impact to identify trends.
- Prepare communications, resources, and materials to help increase employee engagement with community programs.
- Contribute to the Blue Goes Green sustainability committee by providing research and event support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Engineering, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience with research, data analysis, and presenting findings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: White Plains, New York.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Pay: $26 per hour.
- Note: Relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
