About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within the insurance industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in learning activities, and receive ongoing feedback to help build your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the Talent & Culture Center of Excellence team across areas like performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Support data collection and analysis for various human resource programs.
- Assist with project tasks including updating plans, drafting communications, reviewing resumes, and supporting candidate sourcing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior student with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Active pursuit of a degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Development, Psychology, or a related program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate effectively as a team player.
Location & details#
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Term: June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.
- Compensation: $24 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship. Note that relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
