About the role#
As an HR Talent Programs Intern, you will join the Talent, Culture & Employee Experience team for the summer of 2027. You will support the launch and adoption of our internal talent marketplace. This position involves working with cross-functional partners to drive awareness and engagement across the organization. You will help team members and leaders navigate the platform to support career development and internal mobility.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of the talent marketplace go-to-market plan.
- Create and maintain launch materials including presentations, FAQs, and job aids.
- Coordinate demos, information sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with Talent, HR, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from employees and leaders to improve the user experience.
- Track and report on engagement, adoption, and overall launch activities.
- Conduct research on industry practices regarding talent marketplaces and career development.
- Provide general project coordination for marketplace launch tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar field.
- Rising Junior or Senior status is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, volunteer, or work experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- You must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
