About the role#
As an Associate Digital Product Management Intern, you will join a 10-week summer program within the Enterprise Technology Services organization. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and design to help teams define strategy and deliver products. This role provides exposure to product strategy, Agile execution, and data-informed decision-making while you contribute to initiatives that shape customer and colleague experiences.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Managers in defining, refining, and prioritizing product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, user research, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, capacity considerations, and impediments to delivery, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, and business teams to support product delivery.
- Facilitate or document technical discussions related to architectural approach, system design, roadmap tradeoffs, and implementation planning.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program in software engineering, business, MIS, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and identify patterns.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of AI concepts, including prompt design, model capabilities, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with customer journeys, user-centered design, feature prioritization, product strategy, and requirements definition.
