About the role#
AJM Packaging Corporation is hiring an Operations Intern to work at our manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey. This is a full-time, paid, rolling internship. You will work directly with our engineering and operations teams to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
You will participate in a hands-on, project-based program. Your work will involve learning the engineering operations of the facility. You will shadow employees and perform specific jobs ranging from production line work and machine maintenance to scheduling. You will also work with machinery, focus on process improvement, and take ownership of your own special projects.
What you'll need#
We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management or a related field.
