About the role#
As a Supply Chain intern, you will join our Global Supply Chain team in Racine, Wisconsin. This internship provides hands-on experience in areas such as Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy. You will work on projects designed to prepare you for a full-time career in the industry while gaining exposure to our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Break down complex challenges into actionable components and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between diverse teams, including product, operations, and marketing.
- Interpret data to inform strategies, create dashboards, and track performance metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Design and execute change management plans to drive the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while supporting capability building.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 1st year MBA student with a focus in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with 3 years of Supply Chain experience strongly preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent communication aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

- Location: Racine, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
