About the role#
The TOPS internship offers project-based work driven by current business needs. You will gain experience across various disciplines while working with professionals and interacting with executive leadership. This program acts as a pathway to functional internships and potential full-time roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments based on critical business requirements.
- Take on projects that grow in complexity each year.
- Work with teams across departments like Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Build business acumen and develop time management and critical thinking skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the TOPS program with eligibility for a return offer.
- Pursuit of a 4-year degree at a college or university.
- A declared major by the first semester of your sophomore year.
- New members must be a current junior or senior attending a City of Racine high school.
- Career interests aligned with SCJ roles in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Racine, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours per week.
