About the role#
AJM Packaging Corporation is seeking an Operations Intern to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Vineland, New Jersey. You will gain experience in the engineering operations of a manufacturing facility through a project-based program. The pay for this position ranges from $19 to $22 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Learn and perform functions related to facility engineering operations.
- Gain knowledge of machine rebuilds and project engineering.
- Shadow team members across various departments, including production line work, machine maintenance, and scheduling.
- Work directly with machinery and assist with process improvement.
- Take ownership of assigned special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Academic focus in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
