About the role#
Airbus Helicopters is seeking a long-term, multi-semester intern to join the Customer Training Team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role focuses on evaluating existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to improve operations. You will work on-site and contribute to data governance, system integration, and customer service initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate business processes and identify deficiencies or inefficiencies.
- Design and implement business solutions using the Google platform.
- Optimize the scheduling platform with AHTA platforms.
- Support data governance initiatives and compliance processes.
- Provide customer service to visitors at the facility.
- Assist the administration team with service-oriented tasks.
- Identify system integration challenges and recommend automation for manual tasks.
- Review customer training course outlines and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Must be local to the DFW metro area and attending school there.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with MS Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to focus on the big picture.
