About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the Rear Pre-Fal operations team in Mirabel. You will assist with operational management and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside supervisors, methods teams, planners, and logistics professionals. You will be integrated into the team, participating in weekly meetings and contributing to strategic projects.
What you'll do#
- Implement continuous improvement strategies within operations management.
- Develop and set up new governance structures.
- Work directly in the field on Lean methodologies including 5S and Kaizen.
- Focus on increasing team development and overall attractiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to support industrialization projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a baccalaureate degree program for management, industrial engineering, or operations management.
- Knowledge of aeronautics gained through studies or previous experience.
- Advanced French language skills and intermediate English proficiency.
- A proactive, open-minded attitude with strong communication skills.
- High level of autonomy and personal drive.

- Term: Winter 2026, starting January 12, 2026.
- Duration: 4 months.
- Modality: Hybrid, with the possibility of remote work two days per week.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
