About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain professional experience within an international aviation and aerospace environment. Based in Mirabel, Quebec, you will join the Rear Pré-Fal Operations department to support strategic projects and operational management. You will work closely with department supervisors, methods teams, planners, team leaders, and logistics professionals to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within operations management.
- Develop and set up new governance structures.
- Work in the field to apply Lean methodologies, including 5S and Kaizen.
- Focus on increasing team attractiveness and professional development.
- Participate in future industrialization projects.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and collaborate across internal interfaces.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a baccalaureate degree program or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Technical knowledge in aeronautics developed through studies or previous experience.
- Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills paired with an open-minded and proactive attitude.
- High level of autonomy, drive, and self-organization.

- Location: Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2026 (starting January 12, 2026, for a duration of 4 months).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (includes remote work, 2 days per week).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
