About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to support the Rear Pré-Fal Operations department in Mirabel. You will work closely with department supervisors, methods teams, works planners, team leaders, and logistics professionals to assist with operational, planning, and organizational tasks. You will be assigned a tutor to help identify career objectives and support professional development.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within operations management.
- Develop and set up new governance structures.
- Work directly in the field on Lean methodologies, including 5S and Kaizen.
- Focus on increasing team attractiveness and development.
- Participate in future industrialization projects and attend weekly team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous knowledge or experience in aeronautics.
- Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English.
- A high level of autonomy, drive, and self-organization.
- Strong communication skills, an open-minded approach, and a proactive attitude.
Location & details#
- Location: Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2026 (starting January 12, 2026, for a 4-month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid (with the possibility of working remotely 2 days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
