About the role#
As a PMO Project Management intern, you will join the A220 Program Support team. Your work focuses on the safe and economic operation of the A220 fleet. You will assist in managing the governance of Customer Services and coordinate project management for major in-service issues. This role offers exposure to international projects and provides a chance to work with modern technologies.
What you'll do#
- Ensure processes and governance are in place to support the delivery of solutions for major in-service problems.
- Maintain fleet operational reliability performance at target values.
- Coordinate activities between different Customer Services functions.
- Assist the Program Support team with schedule, risk, issue, and cost management.
- Support governance meetings to monitor the implementation of project plans.
- Develop and improve Customer Services processes to support program objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and handle non-standard tasks or queries.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Strong communication skills paired with an open-minded and proactive attitude.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Advanced English proficiency; French skills at any level.

- Location: Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2026, starting January 12th, 2026.
- Duration: 4 months.
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 2 days of remote work per week).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
