About the role#
As a PMO Project Management intern, you will join the A220 Program Support team within the Customer Services department. Your primary objective is to contribute to the safe and economic operation of the A220 fleet while improving customer satisfaction. You will work in an international environment, supporting the governance and project management of major in-service fleet issues.
What you'll do#
- Ensure processes and governance are in place to support the delivery of solutions for major in-service problems and maintain fleet operational reliability.
- Coordinate activities between internal and external Customer Services functions.
- Assist the Program Support team with project management tasks, including schedule, risk, issue, and cost management.
- Support governance meetings to monitor the implementation of project plans.
- Develop, manage, and improve Customer Services processes to support program objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and handle non-standard tasks and queries.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor or Master degree program (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Strong communication skills with an open-minded, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Advanced English proficiency; French skills at any level are accepted.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Location & details#
- Location: Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2026 (Starts January 12, 2026, for a 4-month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 2 days per week remote).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
