About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the ELIP Division at our Vega Baja facility. You will report to the Quality Manager and work on various projects to support our operations. This is a full-time, paid position that follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by matching their needs with our product offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek feedback from your manager and team members to improve your performance and skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program for Industrial, Software, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the worksite.
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze complex situations.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks at once while keeping quality high.
