    About the role#

    This internship provides practical experience within our Inside Sales department. You will work on projects that support our operations and help you build your professional skills. This is a full-time, paid position based in Cary, North Carolina, for the Summer 2027 term. The hourly pay range for this role is $20 to $34 per hour.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist the team with customer requests, project quotations, and general project support.
    • Perform competitive and market share analysis to support business goals.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
    • Identify suitable solutions for clients based on their needs and our offerings.
    • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
    • Seek regular feedback from your manager and team to improve your performance.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in the United States.
    • Preference for majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or engineering fields including Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
    • Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
    • Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong collaboration skills to share information and provide project updates.
    • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
