About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within our Inside Sales department. You will work on projects that support our operations and help you build your professional skills. This is a full-time, paid position based in Cary, North Carolina, for the Summer 2027 term. The hourly pay range for this role is $20 to $34 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with customer requests, project quotations, and general project support.
- Perform competitive and market share analysis to support business goals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Identify suitable solutions for clients based on their needs and our offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team to improve your performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in the United States.
- Preference for majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or engineering fields including Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
- Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills to share information and provide project updates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
