About the role#
As a Finance Operations Intern, you will gain practical experience by working on various projects alongside our business teams. This role reports to the Business Controller and offers the chance to support our daily operations while building your own professional skills. You will participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, while actively seeking feedback from your manager and colleagues to refine your performance.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to support operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify client solutions by matching customer needs with our offerings.
- Develop a new process to improve fixed asset controls at the plant.
- Replace three overlapping tagging systems with a single, unified asset registry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for Finance or Accounting in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and build strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to share information and provide project updates.
