About the role#
As a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern, you will gain practical experience by working on various engineering projects. You will support our operations, contribute to design tasks, and develop your professional skills through daily collaboration with our engineering team.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing or modifying engineering designs, drawings, and calculations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage version control.
- Support and lead continuous improvement projects using standard engineering tools.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative group efforts.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Identify client needs and help find suitable solutions based on our product offerings.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team members to improve your performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions using critical thinking.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate ideas and project updates clearly to team members.

- Compensation: Expected pay range is $20 to $34 per hour, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
