About the role#
Fenner Precision Polymers is hiring a Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lititz, Pennsylvania. You will report to the Accounting Manager and gain exposure to the different functions within the finance department.
What you'll do#
- Learn the day-to-day operations of the finance team.
- Work alongside team members to understand their specific roles and responsibilities.
- Gain insight into the interworking of all finance segments.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Take on a wide range of tasks to support the department.
What you'll need#
- At least 2 years of college coursework in accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance-related subject matter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple assignments.
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies.
