About the role#
This is a rolling internship based in Lititz, Pennsylvania. You will gain exposure to supply chain, marketing, sales, and product management functions while working on individual and cross-functional projects. The internship concludes with a final project presentation to executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support projects in procurement, supply planning, logistics, and operational improvement.
- Analyze business and market data to identify trends.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and CRM reporting.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain teams.
- Support internal communications, events, and content development.
- Use AI tools to improve research, data analysis, and business process efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in both business operations and marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce, analytics, or AI tools is helpful but not required.
