About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for Summer 2027 based in Milford, Ohio. You will gain practical experience by working on various projects and supporting the daily operations of the team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to project goals.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to support operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek feedback from your manager and team members to improve your skills and performance.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in the United States, specifically in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
