About the role#
This role provides training and direct field ministry experience. You will learn how to participate in effective ministry through hands-on work. This position is open to students pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Create a yearly personal growth plan to support your spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in their spiritual development.
- Raise financial support and maintain good donor care practices.
- Help with office administration tasks as needed.
- Complete expense reports in a clear and timely manner.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
