GCU Student Staff I Worship Lead

About the role#

The GCU Student Staff I Worship Lead position is a part-time role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This opportunity is open to students pursuing a degree in fields such as Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Philosophy, Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or Political Science. This is a paid, on-site position with a rolling term.

What you'll do#

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster spiritual development.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual growth and discipleship.
• Participate in leadership with a team to conduct Young Life club activities.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor relationships.
• Assist in office administration tasks as necessary.

What you'll need#

• Proven relational skills when working with both youth and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Enrollment in a college degree program.

Location & details#

• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Work Modality: On-site
• Compensation: $15.35 per hour for 6 hours per week (totaling $4,789.20 for the 9-month school season)
