About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Student Staff member in East Tucson. This is a part-time, paid position based on-site. You will work 20 hours per week while pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Philosophy, Public Health, Human Resources, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Engage in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camp activities.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Follow all Young Life policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord, and a willingness to subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.
