About the role#
This internship offers field ministry experience and training. You will learn to lead and participate in Young Life ministry while developing your personal spiritual life. This position is full-time and paid.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community.
- Lead a team to plan and run club and discipleship ministry.
- Implement a camping strategy for both summer and school seasons.
- Manage finances with transparency and accountability.
- Provide clear and professional communication to ministry partners and staff.
- Assist with camp fundraisers and maintain donor care practices.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills with kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Candidates must profess a belief in Jesus Christ and subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.
