About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Student Staff I to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, paid position that requires a commitment to our mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You will work under the supervision of an area director to develop your ministry skills and personal character.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
- Meet with volunteer leaders and area leadership on a regular basis.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Actively engage in contact work, club, and Campaigners.
- Learn to set yearly ministry and personal goals and objectives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality.
- You must subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith and be willing to serve as a representative of our Christian mission.

- Compensation: The salary range for this position is $7,800 to $15,600, depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
