About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group. You will work alongside deal teams on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and various advisory services. This program introduces you to our investment banking business and the firm, with some permanent Analyst positions filled directly from the internship class.
What you'll do#
- Research and prepare materials for pitch books, memorandums, and presentations.
- Build financial models to analyze client-specific projects.
- Collaborate with team members ranging from peer analysts to managing directors.
- Support business development efforts for senior bankers.
- Assist deal teams with daily tasks and maintain project databases.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in college with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A foundational understanding of finance and interest in the field.
- Ability to work long hours, nights, and weekends as project workflows require.
