About the role#
Ameresco is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to join our corporate team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. You will support the team with administrative tasks and project-based work throughout the winter and summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative, coordination, and project support to the Human Resources team.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including the collection and organization of new hire documentation.
- Create standard operating procedures for specific HR tasks.
- Manage and post internship and job opportunities on Handshake and other platforms.
- Update and maintain content on the HR intranet page.
- Assist with research and data gathering for HR functions and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship management skills.

- This position is based on-site in Framingham, Massachusetts.
- The role is full-time.
- This is a paid co-op.
