About the role#
This internship provides training and direct field ministry experience. You will learn how to lead and participate in effective Young Life ministry. This is a full-time, paid position based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Assist in training leaders, team leaders, and committee members to work effectively in teams.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Participate in the planning and execution of club, Campaigners, and camping strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and financial stewardship.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Candidates must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord and sign the Young Life Statement of Faith.

- Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $22,250 to $27,750, depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
