About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will support the Electric Distribution Design team through project management, mapping, and field site visits. This role involves using company IT systems to fulfill electric service requests and managing administrative tasks like billing.
What you'll do#
- Manage projects and perform GIS mapping tasks.
- Visit project sites to assess construction readiness and assist with design planning.
- Communicate with internal teams and external customers.
- Use company IT systems to process service requests.
- Handle office tasks and billing as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher at an ABET accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.
- Capacity to travel to job sites for planning and customer meetings.
