About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the aerospace and defense industry. You will work within the Power and Actuation Systems business unit, gaining exposure to design, production, quality, or test and development engineering. You will receive mentorship and present your work to leadership at the end of your rotation.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and analysis of aerospace components and actuation systems.
- Participate in fixture design, tolerance stack-ups, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with assembly procedures, technical documentation, and test reports.
- Contribute to design reviews and product improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering program.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, with a preference for Pro-E or Creo.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to contract regulations.
- Ability to work full-time on-site from January 2027 through the end of summer 2027.

- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
