About the role#
This is a full-time, paid mechanical engineering internship based in Carlsbad, California. You will work on-site as part of a 9/80 schedule, which includes every other Friday off. This position does not offer sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of new products.
- Assist the factory with current product lines.
- Collaborate with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation.
- Manage and process engineering change orders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to CAD or FEA analysis tools.
- Experience in the mechanical design or analysis of electronic systems, structures, and mechanisms.
Location & details#
- Location: Carlsbad, California.
- Salary: $25.50 to $48.00 per hour.
