About the role#
We are looking for engineering students to join our team for a Summer 2027 internship. You will support commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs by helping customers reduce their carbon footprint and improve energy use. This position involves technical work and collaboration across internal and external teams. There is a possibility to extend this role beyond the summer term depending on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support for commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.
- Help facilitate program implementation and review customer projects.
- Interact with commercial and industrial customers regarding their equipment.
- Tackle key process improvement projects to support team goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher at an ABET accredited college or university as of Fall 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to work full-time, up to 40 hours a week, during the summer.
- Ability to work part-time, up to 20 hours a week, during the school year.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Familiarity with thermodynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to commute to the office for in-person work.

- Locations: Denver, CO and Minneapolis, MN.
- Modality: On-site and hybrid options available.
- Term: Summer 2027, starting May 31, 2027.
- Compensation: $21.20 to $23.10 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes pension, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship. We do not provide sponsorship.
