About the role#
This position is for individuals who have completed the Summer 2026 Pension Outsourcing internship with WTW. You will join the team to provide administration support for defined benefit plans. You will work under the guidance of senior analysts to deliver services to clients, resolve issues, and complete projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform recurring plan administration tasks, such as benefit calculations and annual data updates.
- Collaborate with team members, including actuaries and plan administrators, to ensure service delivery.
- Develop a thorough understanding of plan designs, including benefit formulas and eligibility rules.
- Maintain and update documentation to keep accurate audit trails and work papers.
- Act as a point of contact for client human resources personnel.
- Adhere to plan documents and government regulations.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field with significant quantitative coursework.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, as this role requires bilingual service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Successful completion of the Summer 2026 Pension Outsourcing internship at WTW.

- Location: Montréal, Quebec.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation to work in the office three days per week.
- Employment Status: This is a full-time, paid position. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
